Please help!!

I have a question for any lady who has been pregnent before out there. Lucky for us, as we get further along in our pregnancies, our pelvis and hip bones start to soften to get ready for delivery. With Allister and Lynnli I did ok, but this time has been so horrible! I would almost rather go through labor every night (ok, not that bad, but it hurts!). Last night I just sat in bed half the night because it hurt so bad to lay down. I have tried putting the pillow between my legs and I have tried heat and cool packs, but nothing has seemed to help. It gets more and more painful as the day goes on and by night I can't sit longer than five minutes or so without standing for breaks because if I do I can't get up to walk after.

What I am wondering is if anyone has ever had this as bad as me and what can I do to find some relief? If I could I would take a hot bath every night, but because of my cerclage I can't be submerged in any water. If you even have any ideas that you think might help, please let me know!

Well I have now had 2 ultrasounds and this baby is defenitely a girl! We are so excited and can't wait to have another mini Lynnli running around. She is so much fun already, I can't imagine how it's going to be with 2! My due date was also moved up 4 days. So now it is October 6th Although, like most soon-to-be mamas, I hope she comes a week or 2 early. :)

We recently have moved. We are now in Herriman in a cute little townhome. It's about the same size as our house was. The bedrooms are a lot bigger and we have an extra bathroom now. We only have a living room, No Family room. It works out good for us though. It's nice to have someone else take care of the yard. Our ward is great with tons of little kids, and we have a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and parks all over! We love it!

Anyway, I am getting ready to head home. But here are a few newer pictures of Lynnli!

Lynnli was trying to smile here, but angry at me because I took away her drink

Coloring with Aunt Brooklyn while sitting on the deck. She loves it outside and loves coloring so she was in heaven!

Playing in the sand at a park. Another of her favorite things!

I originally took this picture because I wanted to show the family the first time I put pig tails in her hair. I absolutely love her face in it though! It's one of my favorites!

We were playing hide and go seek here. I was looking for her and she hid on the side of the couch next to the wall. When I found her she couldn't stop laughing so I had to get a picture! It is so fun and I love that she actually knows to go hide!

Update!!!

Well, I keep making these goals to do a post once a week...or at least once a month! LOL But who am I kidding. I don't have internet at home and I always forget my camera when I go somewhere with it. I just put it off everytime. So now, I am just making a goal to update when there is something exciting. Now that I'm not working I am hoping I'll de better, but We'll see. Anyway, here is what's going on in my family.

Andrew is still working on getting Sylex Concrete started. After so many issues with getting the building permit, we have it and it is coming along nicely. THe just poured the foundation and Framing should be done this week. We wanted to have it done before May, but we'll just have to do what we can now. The weather hasn't helped very much...one of the many joys about living in Utah I guess. He is doing wonderful and working so hard everyday though. He is out the door by 6:30 or 7 everyday. I didn't even know he could get up that early! :) He has also done amazing at helping me with this pregnancy. He is an amazing husband and I am so lucky to have him!

I recently had my cerclage. I was flat in bed for a week after, but now I am just on light bedrest. Meaning I can do light activites as long as I am careful and at least sit as much as possible. I am no longer working as that would be too hard on the baby. I am 15 weeks along right now. My doctor waits until 20 weeks to do the ultrasound and that feels like its so long away! We can't wait that long to find out what we're having...and luckily, our good friend Melissa has a sister who is willing to give us one. So next Friday we will be finding out (as long as baby cooperates). Other than that I am just staying home with my amazing Daughter everyday. I LOVE being a stay at home mom finally and I hope that it will be able to last after this baby comes.

Lynnli is great! She is a year old and a bundle of joy! I have never seen a baby happy like her all the time. She wakes up with a smile and it's still there when she falls asleep at night. She is walking and even trying to run a little now. She wants to talk so bad and tries all the time. Her favorite shows are Barney (baaaaar in her words) and Elmo (emmo). She loves to do songs with Actions and she can do them all herself. She is just so fun all the time and it gets me even more excited to have this baby. I just hope this one is as good and happy as Lynnli. I've been trying to teach her there is a baby in my tummy. She's looked under my shirt a couple times, but usually just gives me a funny smile then kisses my stomache. She is going to love being a big sister. Babies are her favorite!

We are all very happy and very excited for the changes coming in our future. We are so blessed and so thankful for everything we have. We love all of you and are so happy to have you as friends!

We all know what "tagging" is..well here is tagging with a twist. I don't tag people..you tag yourselves! This is a fun little thing my cousin started and I thought I'd give it a try! Lets get this going all over! Have fun!

The first five people to leave a comment on this post will receive something made by me. However there are some limitations:

1. I make no guarantee that you will like what I make.
2. What I create will be just for you.
3. It will be done this year. (although may take a while)
4. You have not a clue what it is going to be, poetry, shoes, bags or a little invention of my own. I may bake something and mail it you . Who knows? Not you that's for sure!
5. I reserve the right to do something extremely strange. It may blow your mind!

Here's the deal, though. If you choose to comment and happen to win, you have to post this same deal on your blog and do the same. Be ready to make or create five things for five different people. When you receive the wonderful thing I make for you, you must post a picture of it on your blog.

I’ll contact the first five super-lucky comment-givers. Who’s it gonna be???

Merry Christmas!

Well, I missed a post last Sunday because I had to work. So I will do two this week!

Here are some pictures from our Christmas. It was wonderful! Lynnli had so much fun! She got so many new toys and clothes! She doesn't know what to do with half of them! Her favorite is her little bike she got. She never wants to get off it! She also just LOVES her dolls. She got a talking Elmo and Cookie Monster, and a Cheer Leader doll who sings a few cheers. She got just a soft baby doll and Barney. Lots of Elmo and Barney movies, a bunch of new outfits with a new bow and headband for each one! Just tons of fun stuff!

Andrew also got some fun stuff, which including, "the best Christmas present I ever got" he says, 3 Zebra Finches. They are so much fun! The sing all day and are just fun to watch! We have 2 girls and 1 boy. Andrew said he didn't want to name them...but I still did. :) There names are Flip, Flop, and Flutter. I will put pictures on with my next post.

I also got the best Christmas present ever! Andrew got me a Phoenix HP22. A little pistol. It is so small and cute! The clip holds 10 shots which is more than what I thought it would hold. I love shooting and now need to hurry and get my concealed weapons permit. We are going shooting tomorrow and I will put some pictures from that on as well.

It was such a fun day! I am so excited for Lynnli's Birthday, in a few months, when we can do it all over again! For now, enjoy the pictures and be sure to check back soon!

Enjoying a cold one after a long day (root beer)

We're back!!

Wow, it's been a long time since we've put up any posts. Since I've taken over the Riverton Sally's, we are just always busy! But I am determined to get back into writing a post at least a couple times a month. Hopefully once a week. Lets just say I'm starting my New Years Resolutions early. :)

Anyway, I'm putting a few pictures of Lynnli in front of the tree. She loves the lights, but she loves smiling for pictures more. She is 8 1/2 months old now and as fun as ever! She crawls backwards and can move both arms and one leg forward. She just can't get that other leg in front of the other. As soon as she figures it out, she'll be all over though.

Andrew is still working on getting Sylex started. They are so close! West Valley City is just being stubborn (to put it nicely) and won't give us our building permit still. Soon...very soon. While we're working on that, he is going up to Idaho to work on a school with his dad, uncle, and brother. He likes working with his family, hates to travel, and is sick of waiting for the building permit. We just keep telling ourselves it will be worth it in the long run.

I still love managing Sally's. It's a great job, they are a great company, and I love being able to pick my schedule and boss everyone else around. :) I have been making wedding announcements for friends in the little free time I have and love doing it. If anyone knows someone looking for someone to do theirs, I'd love to! I'm working on making a blog for just that, I just need to have enough examples on it. I can also do baby announcements, Senior announcements and anything you'd like. It's only a hobby though. So don't worry, I'm not trying to advertise to you all.

Anyway, I'm going to throw on a few more pictures form the last couple months of some of the stuff I missed blogging on. We hope everyone is healthy and happy! We'll be back next week (hopefully)!

Lynnli's 6 Month Pictures

We just recently took Lynnli's 6 month pictures and wanted to share them with everyone. We just took them in our front yard. We can't belive how fast she is growing! She is so much fun! She is so close to crawling now. She gets on all fours and rocks. She can go backwards but hasn't figured out forward still. lol She is wonderful!

We'll try to be on the road by about quarter after. We'll shoot for a couple hours and then we'll probably go to lunch. The weather isn't looking like it will be great so if you want to just come to lunch with us after your welcome to. Just let me know so I can give you a call when we leave. My number is 815-1876 for anyone who doesn't know. Your'e all welcome to come to our house anytime later in the day as well. We'll just be home with the baby! I hope we see you all then! Thanks so much! Call or text me with any questions!

Yum yum!

My sister Brooklyn needed to take some pictures for her reflections contest at school so she asked if she could use Lynnli for them. Lynnli didn't mind being it at all! :) Here's what she got!

She loved the ice cream but was not happy when we stopped feeding her! lol
Anyway, I will be trying to do a new post more often! Thanks for looking!
